The website has no contact form, private area, newsletter, direct sales or audience analytics.

• Technical browsing data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, device and security events, processed by the infrastructure needed to deliver the website.
• Data voluntarily provided by email, including the sender’s address, message content and attachments.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical data is processed to operate and secure the website and prevent abuse, based on the controller’s legitimate interests. Email messages are processed to answer enquiries, take requested pre-contractual steps and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

The current version of VALENELYA does not directly install profiling, advertising or analytics cookies and does not embed social or video content that tracks visitors.

The hosting infrastructure may use mechanisms strictly necessary for security and operation. If non-essential cookies or tools are introduced, they will remain blocked until the visitor makes a choice and an appropriate consent system will be enabled.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, security and email providers only as needed to provide their services, or disclosed to authorities when required by law. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will rely on GDPR safeguards.

Retention

Technical data is retained for the time needed for security and according to the infrastructure provider’s criteria. Emails are kept for the time required to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, unless a legal obligation or the defence of rights requires longer retention.

External and social links

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube buttons are ordinary external links. Processing by those services begins only after the visitor clicks and is governed by their own privacy notices.

Children

VALENELYA also presents books for children, but the website does not intentionally collect children’s data. A child who wishes to contact us should do so through a parent or guardian.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability where applicable, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise your rights, email info@valenelya.com.
